For more than 26 years, I've served in leadership across local government, business and Parliament. Throughout that journey, one challenge remained constant.
I met passionate people with incredible ideas — but far too many never succeeded in turning those ideas into sustainable businesses. It wasn't because they lacked intelligence. It wasn't because they lacked ambition. They lacked a practical roadmap, consistent guidance and someone to walk the journey with them.
